As far as celebrities go, Victoria Beckham aka Posh Spice was relatively young when she got her breasts enlarged. Usually, a female celebrity will wait until her looks start to fade before opting for a breast augmentation.
Victoria Beckham is still an attractive woman regardless of her obvious breast enlargement surgery. Although it seems her self-esteem needs a bit of raising.

The surgeon who reshaped vicky’s tit’s should have his board certification revoked. The result here, the “Hostess Sno Balls” effect, is a disturbingly common problem. Once again, the human breast, as beautiful as it is, can’t tolerate excessive modification or enlargement without affecting a poorer aesthetic result. Her breasts are too big for her petite frame.
