Cameron Diaz has admitted to having plastic surgery done on her nose for cosmetic purposes. The nose of this blonde bombshell sure looks different throughout the years.
Her nose was bigger than it is now. Let’s hope Cameron Diaz isn’t making plastic surgery a habit. She already looked gorgeous with her old nose. There’s absolutely no need to change a thing.

Smile, your nose may get wider. When you close your mouth and make a weird face like in the 3rd pic, it can pull the nostrils in and make it look thinner-do it in the mirror. IMHO I really dont think she’s had work done, you need to compare apples with apples.
Not only has she had a nose job, but she has also had cheek implants that are going to fall in about 5 years.
Those photos are distorted. The last one is very obviously elongated. Her face is not so oblong. If you’re going to call someone on something, don’t photoshop the pictures.
